If the cancellation is before your product is shipped:

  • Please inform the customer service team, they will add Web Credit Note to your account worth order value, which you can use within 1 year from the Date of Issue.

However, if the cancellation is after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:

  • If your product is shipped but not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  • If you've received the product and want to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your shipment- you may return any unused item(s) in its original packaging, your account will be credited with reward points worth order value (excluding shipping costs).
  • ·     If in case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested not to accept the shipment and contact Customer Care.

  • To meet the cancellation deadline, timely mailing of the written cancellation or return of shipment shall suffice.
  • We do not provide any warranty on breakage of Frame and Sunglass.
  • The product if delivered shall be liable to return only if it is returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty and other accessories if any.
  • At Shopglasses.co.in, you can change your mind. If you are unhappy with the product you have ordered or it doesn't meet your expectations, then you may exchange the product to us within the 14 day return period.
  • Please keep in mind, Shopglasses.co.in reserves the right to claim damages should the returned goods be damaged or show signs of use.
  • We do not have any Refund Policy however, Refund will be at the sole discretion of Management for special cases and it will be refunded after deducting Bank Transaction Charges.
  •  If any product is exchanged more than one time the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges of Rs.100/-.
  • Exchange of products cannot be done more than twice unless the product has any manufacturiung defect.
  • We are permitted and retain the right to make mistakes, such as typing errors, technical or colour deviations, or price modifications, despite our greatest care not to do so.
